2. Proposal & Scheduling

• After the assessment we provide a clear proposal and scope of work, including estimated timeline and budget.
• Once approved, we coordinate a convenient installation date and confirm any site preparation needed. Timing varies by equipment, scope, permits, and site conditions; Levco provides a project-specific schedule before work begins.

3. Professional Installation

• Our team of licensed Connecticut technicians follows manufacturer guidelines and local code requirements. Levco manages the installation with its licensed team and remains accountable for the work from planning through startup.
• Old equipment is removed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements, followed by clean installation of the new components.
• The system is tested and reviewed before completion, and safety checks are finished before we leave the job site.

4. Handover & Ongoing Support

• On completion we walk you through system operation, maintenance expectations, and energy-saving tips.
• We provide documentation of what was installed, manufacturer warranty information — including help completing registration when required — and how to reach us for service.
